    This is your first assessment call with SoFit. We'll discuss your schedule, current challenges, and whether SoFit is the right fit for you.

  • During Your Session:

    45-min workout + movement assessment with your trainer, with a full body metrics scan included

    BOOK INTRO SESSION ($65)

  • WE DON'T JUST TRAIN YOU AND SEND YOU HOME.

    Every SoFit member gets access to an in-house accountability coach who works with you throughout the week, not just during your training sessions. Daily check-ins. Weekly goal-setting. Program adjustments when life happens. We make sure you stick to the plan and actually understand what you signed up

With SoFit, you're paying $65–$81 per session and getting coaching plus nutrition, accountability, weekly workout programming, and the ability to track all your progress (Weight change, Sleep, Steps, Macros, Muscle Gain, Fat Loss Tracking) - all included.

  • Life happens - we get it. Sessions can be rescheduled within the same calendar week with at least 6 hours notice. If you have a true emergency, we'll work with you. Sessions don't roll over month-to-month, so we encourage clients to stay consistent (that's what gets results anyway).

    Saturday and Sunday: 7 AM-2 PM

  • Yes, we offer online training and nutrition services to clients who are unable to come to our physical location. This includes virtual personal training sessions, as well as the option to receive a customized nutrition plan and ongoing support via email, video call, Facetime, SMS, and Zoom call.
