Our goal is to meet you where you are with flexible options for in-person personal training:
Pay-As-You-Go – $75 per session, perfect for those wanting maximum flexibility and no long-term commitment.
6-Month Commitment – $65 per session, ideal for clients ready to invest in a structured, long-term plan and be rewarded with a lower rate.
We typically suggest an initial 1- to 3-month commitment to help you stay consistent and see real progress, but we understand some clients need the freedom to schedule sessions as they see fit—hence our Pay-As-You-Go option. Whichever path you choose, we’re here to support you every step of the way toward your health and fitness goals.

Yes, we have a 6-hour cancellation policy for appointments with our personal trainers in Orlando. We also offer an emergency pause on training agreements when life happens. We understand and aim to be flexible for our clients.
