Every SoFit member gets access to an in-house accountability coach who works with you throughout the week, not just during your training sessions. Daily check-ins. Weekly goal-setting. With SoFit, you're paying $65–$81 per session and getting coaching plus nutrition, accountability, weekly workout programming, and the ability to track all your progress (Weight change, Sleep, Steps, Macros, Muscle Gain, Fat Loss Tracking) - all included.

Life happens - we get it. Sessions can be rescheduled within the same calendar week with at least 6 hours notice. If you have a true emergency, we'll work with you. Sessions don't roll over month-to-month, so we encourage clients to stay consistent (that's what gets results anyway).

Yes, we offer online training and nutrition services to clients who are unable to come to our physical location. This includes virtual personal training sessions, as well as the option to receive a customized nutrition plan and ongoing support via email, video call, Facetime, SMS, and Zoom call.
