Refund Policy for SoFit Personal Training (SoFit Training, LLC)

Thank you for choosing SoFit Personal Training. We value your commitment and strive to provide exceptional service. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any of our programs, products, or services.

1. Payments and Refunds for Services

1.1 You must pay for all SoFit services, programs, and other goods or services at the time of purchase. Payments can be made via credit card or any other approved payment gateway. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1.2 If we offer any in-app purchases or third-party payment gateways, those transactions are processed securely through our chosen provider(s). Please review the respective third-party payment gateway terms and conditions for more information on their payment processes.

1.3 After purchasing a program, you will be granted access for the duration of that specific program (“Program”). Program access begins on either the official program start date or your date of purchase (whichever is earlier) and ends once the selected timeframe is completed (e.g., an 8-Week Program).

1.4 If you are diagnosed with a medical condition (including pregnancy) that prevents you from participating in your Program, you must submit valid documentation of this condition to us at - Support@joinsofit.com. Upon receiving and verifying your documentation:

  1. If you are paying by installments, we will cancel your remaining payments effective immediately. No refunds will be issued for installments already paid.

  2. If you have paid for the Program in full upfront, we will cancel the Program effective immediately and issue a prorated refund for the remaining weeks of the Program starting from the date we receive your notice and documentation.

We reserve the right to refuse any changes, refunds, or credits if you do not submit appropriate evidence of your medical condition in a timely manner.

1.5 No other refunds are available for Program purchases—this includes, but is not limited to, accidental purchases, unused weeks, or changes of mind—unless a refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws. However, if you have an extenuating circumstance and contact us, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward a future program.

2. Payments and Refunds for Products

SoFit may periodically offer physical merchandise for sale (e.g., apparel, fitness equipment). The following applies to all such product sales:

2.1 Merchandise (Pre-Ordered Items)

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on pre-ordered items unless the product is proven to be faulty or damaged.

  • To claim a faulty or damaged item, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence and email it to Support@joinsofit.com.

  • Once we verify the issue, we will offer an exchange or store credit.

2.2 Activewear

  • If your activewear is faulty or incorrect upon arrival, you have 7 days from receipt of your order to notify us by email with evidence (photos, description of fault, etc.).

  • Once we verify the issue, we will offer you an exchange, store credit, or a refund upon request.

2.3 Equipment

  • If your fitness equipment is faulty upon arrival, you have 7 days from receipt of your order to notify us by email with evidence (photos, description of fault, etc.).

  • Once we verify the issue, we will offer you an exchange or store credit.

3. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time, effective upon posting the updated policy on our website or notifying you through other means.

  • Your continued use of our programs and services after any changes to this Refund Policy indicates your acceptance of those changes.

  • Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit any condition, warranty, right, or liability that may be implied by law (including under applicable consumer protection laws).
