  • This session includes real value — a full workout, body composition scan, movement assessment, and a custom plan. It’s designed to give you direction.

  • Absolutely! If they’re also interested in training, we can book a back-to-back or dual intro session. Just give us a heads up.

  • If you love the plan, we’ll go over options for continued coaching. No obligation required.

  • We offer free rescheduling up to 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable due to limited spots.

  • Our approach to personal training in Orlando is centered around helping our clients reach their health and fitness goals through a combination of strength training, cardio, and proper nutrition. We work with each client to create a personalized routine and plan to provide ongoing support, motivation, and the proper guidance to help them achieve their goals.

  • Yes! If you sign up for one of our monthly coaching plans, your $65 will be credited toward your first month.
