With SoFit, you're paying $65–$81 per session and getting coaching plus nutrition, accountability, weekly workout programming, and the ability to track all your progress (Weight change, Sleep, Steps, Macros, Muscle Gain, Fat Loss Tracking) - all included.

What Is Your Approach To Personal Training?
Our approach to personal training in Orlando is centered around helping our clients reach their health and fitness goals through a combination of strength training, cardio, and proper nutrition. We work with each client to create a personalized routine and plan to provide ongoing support, motivation, and the proper guidance to help them achieve their goals.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens - we get it. Sessions can be rescheduled within the same calendar week with at least 6 hours notice. If you have a true emergency, we'll work with you. Sessions don't roll over month-to-month, so we encourage clients to stay consistent (that's what gets results anyway).
What Are Your Hours Of Operation?
Monday-Friday: 5:45 AM- 7:45 PM / Saturday and Sunday: 7 AM-2 PM
Do You Offer Any Online Training Or Nutrition Services?
Yes, we offer online training and nutrition services to clients who are unable to come to our physical location. This includes virtual personal training sessions, as well as the option to receive a customized nutrition plan and ongoing support via email, video call, Facetime, SMS, and Zoom call.
Do You Offer Discounts?
Yes, for couples training and Corporate Wellness Programs.
